Erik Livingston is a RVA resident. Erik hails from a family of trusted real estate professionals who have over 40 years of combined experience. Throughout his career, Erik has maintained his commitment to providing his clients with honest and dependable service to help them accomplish their most important objectives. In the last 15 years, Erik has participated and consulted in over 45 million dollars in real estate transactions. Although a majority of the real estate transactions he's facilitated have been single-family home sales, Erik has also handled REOs, probate, short sales, , income properties, commercial sales and leases.
Jeanne Barney
Jeanne Barney is a 3rd Generation Richmond Virginia Native and has a deep love and knowledge of our beautiful and cultural city. Jeanne’s past work experience includes Corporate Sales, Retail Banking and management in a high end luxury resort chain. Jeanne’s high energy, drive and motivation combined with her impeccable attention to detail, diligence and dependability work together to provide a truly positive, enjoyable and successful customer relations experience.
